Concept and Features

This housing is 275 m2 with 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom and two children's bedrooms. There is also a study and recreation room, a kitchen and living room. The owner is a middle-aged man who likes brown tones and prefers a modern interior.

After discussing and agreeing on the investor’s requirements, I noted key issues before starting to design this house. The master bedroom is designed in a modern style, using dark brown tones as the main color. Two children's are painted in soft pastels to create harmony and liveliness. The room tells a story about a small wood village with pictures of forests, mountains and small animals. The working combined with recreation is the space used most of the time by the male owner; therefore the deep colors are the main ones in the room. The owner likes collecting wines and spirits, so a small space is designed for this hobby. The kitchen is an open design, with a view looking out to the side garden of the house. and the walkway is convenient for washing and cooking food.
